Shipping Info, Upgrades & T&Cs
All shipping costs are inclusive of the items price. Thus we offer the Additional items discount price on extra items (these can be very big saving on extra items). This offer is open to this Website and are Esty and Ebay customers and is valid in till your pallet leaves us (usually 2-4 days before your item(s) are due to be with you. To apply these prices (marked in the products description) You contact us with the items you would like, We then issue you a discount code to apply at checkout. If the items you require are out of stock we can put your delivery back to accommodate the addition items discount.
Any item that is Not Marked Freight in the description of the item should be with you in 5/7 working days, Tracking is only added when the item(s) are dispatched.
Made to order or Out of stock orders will usually be with you in 3/5 weeks you will be kept up to date as to timing though out and delivery will be arranged with you for freight Items.
Freight Item Information
Upon ordering any Freight Items (in the products description) you will be contacted to arrange a day at your convenience for the delivery. Freight Items must be checked and signed for. We give you an earliest available date usually 5/7 working days and then work with you to find a suitable day. We ship with Hackling's (palletline) for Freight Items there is no tracking available on these services. Terms will be sent to you (see below) as it differs from normal postage. You can ask for an ETA only on the morning of the delivery via email eta@hacklings.co.uk or phone 01451 820379 and select ETAs. If you are not in, they will not leave it and surcharge will apply for the redelivery.
Delivery costs are included in the items price, this includes as standard (excluding the postcode surcharge list at bottom of the page)
- A weekday of your choice on or after the first possible date (usually 5/7 working days) you can get an ETA on the day of your delivery by email or phone.
- The driver will unload the pallet and put it on your driveway/garden (hardstanding to where it can be pulled on a pump truck)
The company (Hackling's) we use offer a range of time slot upgrades
- Am/Pm time slot (to be chosen by you when the day of delivery is set)
- Between 9/10am.
- 1 Hour time slot 10am-17:00pm
- A Saturday option.
- Smaller Vehicle 7.5 Tons
- Saturday Delivery

Please Note the driver is not obliged to help move the item or remove the pallet.
Height and weight Restrictions
Height of 4.6 meters or higher and weight restrictions on roads where the lorry will need to go must be reported to us before delivery is arranged, There are smaller vehicles available but these come at a surcharge set by your local courier, Height and weight restrictions will still apply and again are different depending on your local courier.
Terms and conditions of Freight Delivery
Shipping of this kind differs from normal postage
As you can imagine shipping your item(s) of this weight is expensive but very reliable. These
terms are set out to protect you and must be followed.
• If there is any sign of breakage the pallet must be refused.
• Some small scratching can occur these will disappear with weather and/or water and a
small brush.
• Once you are happy your item is in good condition it can be signed for as clean.
If any damage is noted after this, I will replace the item, but you will be responsible for any
shipping cost and returning the damaged item(s) this can be expensive and time consuming.
Road restrictions
• Road restrictions must be report before delivery is booked
• The delivery company have smaller lorry’s available for this (7.5 tons 3.6 meters heigh)
these come at a surcharge of £20
• Failed delivery because of road restriction come with surcharge of both a smaller lorry
£20 and redelivery £40. If you’re unsure, please contact me and will talk it though with
them.
Failed Delivery attempt
These deliveries are arranged with you at a day/time of your choosing; someone must be
available to check and sign for the delivery. They will not leave the pallet without it being signed
for and a redelivery surcharge of £40 plus any special request surcharges will apply.

Your item(s) are heavy, and a pallet is required for the delivery effectively its classed as freight. It
is of the up most importance that you check your item(s) thoroughly before accepting the
shipment! All drivers allow 15 minutes for a consignment to be checked if You/consignee
considers it necessary.
Terms and conditions of delivery.
• You should cut away the pallet wrap (strong clear cling film) good scissors or a Sharpe
knife will do this very quickly. Taking care not to scratch your item(s).
• If you notice any damage then you must, either refuse the pallet or ask that the driver
notes damages on the POD if you are willing to accept the pallet.
• You/consignee must then report the damage to me immediately, so I can make the
necessary arrangements.
Please be advised that a consignment being signed for as ‘clean’ counteracts any claim of
damages or missing product.
In the vary unlikely event your item(s) are damaged the pallet will be returned to me, you will be
offered a refund or replacement. But this is voided if you accept the item and sign for it as
clean.
ETAs
For ETAs you can email eta@hacklings.co.uk or call Hacklings 01451 820379 and select ETAs
quoting your reference number but not before the morning of your delivery. Please note I have
no control over this or timing just the day as a standard delivery.

Returns policy
We accept returns in the original packaging or packaging that will stop it getting broken which must be a very thick strong standard. The item(s) will be checked on return before a refund is issued.
